Semi Synthetic low Oil [7% Mineral Oil] for light & medium machining
DIACUT Water base miscible cutting fluid contains mineral oil, synthesis lubricant, high pressure resistant additives, anti-wear additives, corrosive prevention agent, sterilizer. Water dilution stabilizes emulsion. It performs best on cooling and lubricant, which keep the abrasion in its minimum and extend the blades tool life. It does not damage user’s skin from its usage. This product have a variable range from standard type to multipurpose water base cutting oil and semi-synthetic base oil for Aluminum-processing (7% mineral oil impregnation) and for low, medium and high grade machine processing. Full synthetic oil provides medium and high grade machine processing.
